Art For Wellbeing
Join artist & art psychotherapist, Sarah Ayache for this 2 hour creative workshop using drawing and painting for connection and wellbeing.
No drawing or painting experience required and all are materials provided. Please bring an apron or overshirt to wear to protect your clothes from paint and pastel smudges.
The workshop will include fun creative exercises and a chance to create your own artwork to take home with you.

Life in Technicolour
Join artist & art psychotherapist, Sarah Ayache for this 2 hour landscape painting workshop using acrylics to capture expression and vibrancy of place.
No drawing or painting experience required and all are materials provided. Please bring an apron or overshirt to wear to protect your clothes from paint smudges (acrylic paint, although water based is permanent).
We’ll be considering place with all senses and painting with bold colours to capture our feelings and experience of the landscape. Please bring with you a photo of somewhere you have visited and loved to inspire your painting. You will create a painting on canvas to take home with you.
